I am currently writing Design for the Mind: Seven psychological principals of persuasive design, for Manning Publications. I write about a broad range of topics.  My current interests include the application of psychological theory to digital design, usability and design issues, and innovation and leadership development. I frequently publish on these topics and others in various venues.

I am available for speaking engagements and workshops on the topics I write about. I regularly present on these topics at professional conferences. I am a UX researcher with experience working with clients in the fields of banking, healthcare, museums, telecommunications, universities, and more. I have a broad background in research, with experience using many quantitative and qualitative methods. I have published studies ranging from zoo visitors' use of technology, the public value of art museums, environmental communication, and more.
